Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has just announced a list of 399 employers who have been late in paying social insurance for 3 months or more, up to the end of March 2024. The total amount of late payment is more than 25.5 billion VND.
Of which, Vi Son Fiber Company Limited has the highest amount of late payment, nearly 1.8 billion VND, Shun Zu Sports Products Joint Stock Company is late in paying more than 1.4 billion VND, and Nam Thai Son Phuong Bac Import-Export Company Limited is late in paying more than 1 billion VND. The remaining units are late in paying from more than 1 million VND to more than 900 million VND.
In this list, Vi Son Fiber Company Limited and VTC Group Joint Stock Company were each fined VND165 million for late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for employees by the end of 2023.
The above 399 units have violated the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, directly affecting the legal and legitimate rights of workers.
