Kinh Mon street is full of flags and flowers

Diện tích xây dựng 2.473 m² , tổng diện tích sàn 5.480,5 m² , chiều cao công trình 15,5m, sức chứa 546 người. Phòng khán giả và không gian biểu diễn được bố trí giữa công trình, xung quanh là các phòng và không gian chức năng phụ trợ; hướng tiếp cận công trình gồm 3 sảnh (1 sảnh chính, 2 sảnh phụ). Quy mô xây dựng mới khu khán đài, đường chạy điền kinh, sân bê tông và cảnh quan xung quanh sân, xây dựng mới bãi để xe diện tích khoảng 2.240 m². Công trình được thiết kế đầy đủ các hạng mục: cấp điện, chiếu sáng, cấp thoát nước, phòng cháy chữa cháy, chống sét... Công trình có sức chứa khoảng 2.500 người, khởi công tháng7/2023, đã hoàn thành và bàn giao, đưa vào sử dụng. — The stadium at the sports complex has a total cost of over 45.2 billion VND, an area of about 32,000 m².
