Comrade Tang Ba Bay was elected Chairman of Thanh Ha District People's Committee.

On the afternoon of May 13, the People's Council of Thanh Ha district, term XX, 2021-2026, held its 16th session (special session). Comrade Tang Ba Bay was born in 1980, from Quyet Thang commune (Hai Duong city), with a master's degree in civil and industrial construction. He has worked at the Department of Construction since 2003, and in August 2020, was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. He was transferred by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to work at Thanh Ha District Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee from May 3, 2024.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Thanh Ha district voted to pass a resolution to dismiss the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Ha district for comrade Vu Viet Anh due to his transfer to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee from May 3.
