Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang encouraged young people of Chi Linh City to join the army.

Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee attended the military enlistment ceremony in Chi Linh City.

This year, Chi Linh City has 231 young people enlisting in military units and participating in police service, reaching 100% of the assigned target. Among the young people enlisting, over 70 people wrote volunteer applications, 35 outstanding young people attended a Party awareness training class and 1 outstanding member was admitted to the Party before joining the army.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Chi Linh City Party Committee, commended 231 young men who strictly followed the call to join the army, ensuring the required number and time, and enthusiastically participated in the military enlistment festival.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong suggested that the new recruits continue to uphold the tradition of the heroic homeland, the glorious tradition of previous generations, strive in all aspects, study hard, train to meet the requirements of combat readiness and complete all assigned tasks well. The units receiving the recruits, together with the city and their families, continue to encourage, monitor, educate and train the new recruits to soon become good soldiers, with strong political will and ideology, completing all tasks to contribute to maintaining political security, social order and safety and protecting the Fatherland. Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people of the city continue to implement well the policy of the military and police rear so that the soldiers can confidently complete their tasks well.

Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and leaders of Military Region 3 and Chi Linh City presented flowers to congratulate and encourage the outstanding young men of Chi Linh City to join the army.
