The starting price of the first round is according to the price approved by the People's Committee of Ba Vi district. Accordingly, the starting price is from 22.3 - 46.3 million VND/m2.

In case in the previous round all bidders pay the same starting price of the round, the starting price of the next round will be equal to the starting price of the previous round plus one price step. The land plots are the property of the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district; located in the new residential area of ​​Dong Truoc Tren, Dinh village, Dai Cuong commune and Ao Ong Sy area, Quan Tu village, Dai Hung commune.

The land plots range in size from 84 to 142.8 m2. Starting price from 7 to 19 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 556 million to over 2.7 billion VND/plot.

The form of auction for each plot is by direct bidding at the auction, according to the ascending price method. The auction location is at the large hall of Ung Hoa District People's Committee.

Similarly, in Soc Son district,On the morning of October 29, the Soc Son District Construction Investment Project Management Board in coordination with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will auction 24 plots of land.

Area from 95 – 340 m2. Starting price from 23 – 31.6 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 3 billion VND to over 7.8 billion VND/plot.

In Dong Anh district,18 plots of land in Uy No commune will also be auctioned by the Dong Anh District Construction Investment Project Management Board and Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company on the afternoon of October 21.

Plots range in size from 129.5 to 238.6 square meters. Starting price from 59 to 71 million VND/square meter.
