Simplifying 18 internal administrative procedures of the Ministry of National Defense

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 63/QD-TTg approving a plan to simplify internal administrative procedures between state administrative agencies under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

According to the decision, 18 internal administrative procedures in 7 areas in state administrative agencies under the management of the Ministry of National Defense are simplified.

Specifically, two internal administrative procedures in the field of investment promotion management are simplified, including procedures for building and adjusting investment promotion programs and investment promotion procedures not included in investment promotion programs.

The reserve officer management field simplifies four internal administrative procedures, including the procedure for initial reserve officer registration, the procedure for additional reserve officer registration, the procedure for transferring reserve officers, and the procedure for registering separate reserve officers.

The civil enforcement sector simplifies two internal administrative procedures, including the procedure for coordinating the development of a plan to ensure the enforcement of civil judgments in the military and the procedure for establishing and changing members of the examination council for enforcement officers of the enforcement department and proposing appointment, dismissal, removal, and rewards in the field of civil enforcement in the military.

The field of management of post-war bomb and mine clearance activities simplifies two internal administrative procedures, including procedures for establishing, appraising, and approving programs and plans to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs and mines at the national level and procedures for establishing, appraising, and approving programs and plans to overcome the consequences of post-war bomb and mines at the provincial and centrally-run city levels.

In the field of military and defense work, simplify procedures for establishing and dissolving military commands and appointing and dismissing positions of military commands of central ministries and branches.

In the field of industrial mobilization, 5 internal administrative procedures are simplified, including the procedure for assigning tasks to survey the production and repair capacity of industrial enterprises; the procedure for developing and submitting the state plan on industrial mobilization; the procedure for developing and submitting the industrial mobilization plan of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees; the procedure for developing, submitting for approval, adjusting, and supplementing the list of decisions on industrial enterprises eligible for mobilization, and the procedure for notifying the decision on industrial mobilization.

The military science sector simplifies two internal administrative procedures, including the procedure for collecting information on the application of national-level science and technology tasks containing state secrets and military secrets, and the procedure for collecting information on national-level science and technology tasks currently being carried out using the state budget.
