On the morning of August 21, at the August meeting (7th time), Hai Duong City People's Committee proposed adjusting the detailed construction planning of Dai An residential area.
According to the proposal, the boundary and scale of the planned land area will be reduced from 18,138 ha to 17,520 ha. The area of traditional residential land will be converted into commercial and service land; the land for construction and water surface (on the old petroleum corridor) will be converted into service and commercial land, high-rise apartment land, adjacent residential land, and commercial housing land. The land area of 5-storey apartment buildings will be adjusted into 3 high-rise apartment areas. The location and scale of school land in the northern area to the east will be adjusted with a scale of nearly 0.5 ha...
The reason for adjusting the project’s detailed planning is because there is still nearly 0.5 ha of land remaining. Currently, the project no longer has a corridor to protect the oil pipeline. The adjustment is also to overcome the limitations according to the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate related to the construction of schools, traffic works, etc.
The Provincial People's Committee basically agreed to propose the policy of adjusting the detailed planning for the construction of Dai An residential area. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that the adjustment must be consistent with the general planning and not cause loss of state budget. The Department of Construction coordinated and guided the Hai Duong City People's Committee to develop a plan to adjust the planning in accordance with current laws.
The August meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee (7th time) also considered and discussed the proposal to issue detailed regulations for the implementation of a number of articles of the Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15 in the province; the situation of disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 and solutions to accelerate capital disbursement in the coming time; proposed list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in the province. Considered the termination of the Hoang Van Thu High School construction project (Hai Duong City); the proposal to develop a Resolution regulating tuition support for vocational education students in the province; proposal on additional funding for the Department of Construction to carry out the task of developing a set of unit prices for compensation for actual damage to houses and housing construction works; building a survey to collect information and determine unit prices for construction labor in the province.
