Proposal to build more than 200 5-storey townhouses in the new urban area of ​​Bac Cau Han (Nam Sach)

Licogi 18 - Licogi 18.1 Joint Venture has proposed to the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to implement the Investment Project to build low-rise housing in the new urban area of ​​Bac Cau Han (phase 1) in Minh Tan commune (Nam Sach, Hai Duong).

The scale of the investment project is to build 233 housing projects, with a total floor area of ​​over 94,233 m2, including: 217 townhouses with a scale of 5 floors designed into 14 independent houses; 16 villas with a scale of 3 floors designed into 3 independent houses.

Project implementation location in the new urban area of ​​Bac Cau Han (phase 1) in Minh Tan commune (Nam Sach).

The project uses more than 26,970 m2 of land, with a total investment of nearly 490 billion VND. Project implementation progress is until the fourth quarter of 2027.

The project aims to meet the housing needs of the people, ensure the uniformity of landscape architecture according to the approved planning; at the same time, contribute to promoting the urbanization process in the area and create revenue for local socio-economic development.
