This household has not agreed with the compensation and support plan but requested to reclaim the entire area of 776 m2 of adjacent rice fields of the family outside the project.
According to the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, the site clearance for the new urban area project north of Han bridge (phase 1) has been basically completed. The recovered land area has reached 99.96%. Only 281 m2 of 1 household remains that cannot be cleared. This household has not agreed with the compensation and support plan but has requested the recovery of the entire 776 m2 of adjacent fields belonging to the family outside the project.
The new urban area project north of Han Bridge (phase 1) is an investment project in the form of BT approved by the Provincial People's Committee in June 2020 by the joint venture of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18; Investment and Construction No. 18.1 as the investor. The project is implemented in Minh Tan commune (Nam Sach) and An Thuong commune (Hai Duong city) with an area of 85.25 hectares; total investment capital (BT counterpart project) is more than 1,140 billion VND. The total area of recovered land in Nam Sach district is more than 70.8 hectares.
