The dike on the left of Thai Binh River through Minh Tan Commune (Nam Sach) is degraded.

As a grade I dike, many people travel on it, but the dike section on the left of Thai Binh River through Minh Tan commune, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) is deteriorating, with overgrown grass and trees on both sides.

The level I dike road through Uong Ha village, Minh Tan commune (Nam Sach) is tilted to both sides.

Currently, the left dike of Thai Binh River, km 19, through Uong Ha village, Minh Tan commune, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) has degraded, the road surface is rough and tilted to both sides.

The overgrown grass on both sides of the road limits visibility, and the remaining road area is very narrow.

In some sections, the overgrown grass on both sides of the road has not been cleared, encroaching on the roadway, limiting visibility. The road surface for walking is narrow.

Erosion occurs at some locations where there are paths leading from the dike to the farming areas of people living along the river.

Some locations of the road leading from the dike to the people's farming areas on the riverbank are still eroded, and over time there is a risk of the dike surface collapsing, becoming damaged and causing accidents.
