At Dinh Van Ta Primary School (Hai Duong City), each new day's class is very light and comfortable thanks to the creative teaching methods of each teacher with warm-ups such as singing, dancing, games... to vibrant music.

Dinh Van Ta Primary School is one of three primary schools in the province and the only school in Hai Duong City to be recognized as a “Typical Advanced School”. The school has spacious, modern facilities and equipment with a friendly learning environment. The school has “happy corners” such as a relaxation area, an art corner, a green space, a library, etc. for students to balance their emotions.

In order to implement the policy of building a happy school model, the Hai Duong education and training sector has deployed many practical solutions. That is, organizing training courses and seminars to convey the core contents of building a happy school (love, safety and respect) to a large number of school managers and teachers. Building a happy school model has been actively responded to by schools and included in the core and regular tasks every school year.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Do Duy Hung said the most obvious result is the strong change in the thinking of the staff and teachers about happy schools, happy students, happy teachers; the quality of education has changed positively. Most units have used this content as a criterion for self-assessment of schools.

In addition to increasing investment in building green, clean, beautiful school facilities and modern learning equipment to meet the requirements of innovation, school leaders also pay more attention to listening to teachers, students, and parents. Teachers innovate and create educational activities so that students can gradually form and develop their personal qualities and abilities.
