According to the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district (Hai Duong), the district currently has 4 residential projects that have completed site clearance and are preparing to organize land auctions with a total area of more than 39,000 m2.
Specifically, the new residential area No. 1 Tuong Vu (Cong Hoa commune) has an area of over 13,000 m2 land, total investment capital of nearly 15 billion VND; residential area of Kien Le village (Dai Duc commune) is nearly 14,000 m2 wide2, total investment capital of nearly 15 billion VND; residential area of Phuong Due village (Kim Xuyen commune) is nearly 8,000 m2 wide2, investment capital of more than 9 billion VND and residential area of Van Minh village (Kim Anh commune) is nearly 5,000 m2 wide2, investment cost more than 8.5 billion VND.
To implement the above projects, Kim Thanh district has cleared land for 99 households. Of which, the residential area of Tuong Vu 1 village had to organize forced land recovery from 4 households.
It is expected that from now until December 2024, Kim Thanh district will complete the procedures; notify and organize the auction of land use rights.
In addition to 4 projects that have completed site clearance and handed over land to investors, Kim Thanh district has 7 projects in the process of site clearance in Kim Anh, Phuc Thanh, Lai Vu and Tam Ky communes with a total area of nearly 50 hectares.
Kim Thanh district is one of the localities with many residential area and residential area projects being implemented in Hai Duong province.
