The highest bidder's plot of land has an area of 178 square meters, with a winning price of more than 110.76 million VND per square meter, 20 times higher than the starting price.
This morning, November 27, the leader of Tan Lap Commune People's Committee said that Yen My District People's Committee and the auction company successfully auctioned 50 residential land lots in Hao Xuyen village.
With a starting price of 5.76 million VND per square meter, lot LK4-30 (Hao Xuyen village, Tan Lap commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province) with an area of 178 square meters was offered the highest price of more than 110.76 million VND.
The plot with the lower bid price is LK4-16, with a winning price of 108.96 million VND/m2, area 88m2. The remaining plots have winning prices ranging from 50 million VND to nearly 100 million VND/m2.
The auctioned plots of land range in area from 88-260m2 and starting prices range from VND3.6 million to VND5.76 million/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot with a minimum of 3 rounds and a maximum of 5 rounds. The bid for the first 3 rounds is 10 million VND, and for rounds 4 and 5 it is 5 million VND.
About 300 people attended and more than 200 sets of documents registered for this auction.
