On the evening of October 1, at the Eastern Cultural Center Square (Hai Duong City), a gala was held to gather businessmen and honor football teams and golfers with high achievements at the Football Tournament and Young Businessmen Golf Tournament.
Comrades Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Tran Van Quan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended.
At the gala, Hai Duong Young Entrepreneurs Association organized an auction of some valuable items to raise funds for charity.
The Chu Dau ceramic vase of prosperity signed by comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, was auctioned by Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association for 220 million VND.
In addition, a jersey signed by players of the Vietnam national football team from 1995-2000 was auctioned for 160 million VND; a jersey of the Vietnam women's national football team participating in the 2023 World Cup, signed by all players, was auctioned for 110 million VND; a ball of Hanoi T&T Club after playing in the 2018 AFC U23 Championship in Changzhou (China) signed by famous players was auctioned for 100 million VND.
The total value of the items auctioned at the gala was 590 million VND, with an additional 5 million VND donated by an individual. This money will be used by the Hai Duong Province Young Entrepreneurs Association for charitable activities.
At the gala, the Organizing Committee also honored the football teams and golfers who achieved high results in the football tournament and the young business golf tournament.
The Hai Duong YBA Open Golf Championship 2023 took place at noon on October 1 at Chi Linh Golf Course. Mr. Nghiem Trong Duc of the Hai Duong Young Entrepreneurs Association excellently won the Best Gross award. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 7 technical awards and 9 first, second and third prizes to golfers.
The same afternoon, the final matches and closing ceremony of the 6th National Young Entrepreneurs Football Tournament for the Sacombank Cup took place. The home team Hai Duong won the Serie D Cup. The teams: Dong Nai, Hanoi, Bao Loc, Binh Dinh, Bac Giang, Nghe An won the Serie A, B, C, E, F, G cups respectively.
This is a series of activities to welcome the 6th Congress of Hai Duong Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2023-2028 term.
