Due to a conflict leading to a fight, two brothers in Yet Kieu commune (Gia Loc) were fined 19 million VND.
Decision to punish Mr. VTM
The Chairman of Gia Loc District People's Committee has just issued a decision to fine Mr. VTM (born in 1963) VND 11.5 million and Mr. VVM (born in 1955) VND 7.5 million. These two men are brothers, living in Trinh Thanh Van village, Yet Kieu commune.
On March 19, Mr. VTM intentionally damaged property worth VND 440,000 of Mr. VVM's family; punched Mr. VVL (born in 1982) in Trinh Thanh Van village (Mr. VTM's nephew) in the face.
Also on March 19, in Thuong Bi 1 village (Yet Kieu commune), Mr. VVM punched Mr. VTM many times in the face.
These acts and the penalties are prescribed in Decree 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of security, order, social safety; prevention of social evils; fire prevention and fighting; rescue; prevention of domestic violence.
