The transfer is carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 60-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat on party organizations in economic groups, corporations, and state-owned commercial banks.
The Standing Committee of Chi Linh City Party Committee has just organized the transfer of the Party Committee of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company under the Chi Linh City Party Committee and 378 Party members of this Party Committee to the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), under the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc.
Previously, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Standing Committees of District, Town and City Party Committees in the province completed the transfer of 19 grassroots party organizations and 1,053 party members under the District, Town and City Party Committees in the province to the Party Committees of enterprises under the Central Enterprise Bloc Party Committee.
Thus, Hai Duong has completed the transfer of all 20 grassroots party organizations under the District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Town Party Committees in the province with a total of 1,431 party members to the Party Committees of enterprises under the Central Enterprise Bloc Party Committee.
