Hai Duong has transferred 19 grassroots party organizations to central enterprise party committees.

Implementing the decision of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, and City Party Committees in the province have completed the transfer of 19 grassroots party organizations and 1,053 party members under the District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and City Party Committees in the province to the Party Committees of enterprises under the Central Enterprise Bloc Party Committee.

Specifically, the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank) Hai Duong branch and 95 party members were transferred to the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam; 3 grassroots party organizations, the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) in Thanh Dong, Hai Duong, and Bac Hai Duong branches, and 246 party members were transferred to the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam; 3 grassroots party organizations, the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam (VietinBank) in Hai Duong, Dong Hai Duong, and Hai Duong Industrial Park branches, and 187 party members were transferred to the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam; 12 grassroots party organizations, which are party committees and party cells in the system of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) in Hai Duong, and 525 party members were transferred to the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam.

The transfer is carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 60-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat on party organizations in economic groups, corporations, and state-owned commercial banks to ensure the direct leadership role of party organizations in all aspects of production and business activities.

To complete the transfer, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is advising the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee to consider and decide to transfer the Party Committee of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company under the Chi Linh City Party Committee to the Party Committee of Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2); transfer the power party cells under the Party Committees of districts, towns and cities to the Party Committee of Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd.
