816 plots of land in the new urban area east of Chi Linh city are eligible for transfer

On November 29, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced that the technical infrastructure system of the investment project to build a new urban area in the east of Chi Linh City has basically completed the technical and social infrastructure items according to the detailed construction plan and approved project.

The investor, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, is eligible to transfer land use rights in the form of selling land plots for 816 plots of land in the project. These plots have been allocated land and have been granted land use right certificates by the Provincial People's Committee in May 2023.

Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company continues to comply with the provisions of law, submitting on behalf of the transferee of land use rights a set of documents for registration of land use rights certificate or providing documents for the buyer to register at the Public Administration Service Center to comply with the regulations.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, 816 land lots eligible for transfer in the area have basically completed technical infrastructure systems including leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, domestic water supply, domestic electricity supply, lighting, trees, and communications.

The new urban area in the east of Chi Linh City is located in Cong Hoa Ward. The urban area has a total area of ​​267,800 m2, creating a housing fund for about 5,200 people.
