On December 27, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment announced the results of the inspection of the current status and conditions for transferring land use rights at the new urban area project north of Han Bridge (phase I - phase 1) in Minh Tan commune (Nam Sach), An Thuong (Hai Duong city) invested by the Joint Venture of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 and 18.1.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment confirmed that the technical infrastructure system of the new urban area project north of Han Bridge (phase I - phase 1) has been basically completed, the construction items are in accordance with the detailed construction planning and the approved project. The investor is eligible to transfer land use rights in the form of selling land plots for 468 plots of land in the project. The investor submits a set of documents on behalf of the transferee of land use rights to register for a land use right certificate or provides documents for the buyer to register himself according to regulations.
The new urban area project north of Han bridge (phase 1) has 684 residential land lots that have been granted land use right certificates, of which 480 land lots are transferred to investors, households build their own houses and 204 land lots are required for investors to complete house construction before transferring land use right to households. The joint venture of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 and 18.1 requested to appraise the conditions for transferring land use right for 468 land lots out of 480 land lots that investors are allowed to transfer land lots. These land lots are in accordance with the adjustment of the detailed planning for the construction of the new urban area north of Han bridge, scale 1/500 approved by the Provincial People's Committee on March 12, 2018 and have been granted land use right certificates. The project's infrastructure has been basically connected to the common infrastructure system of the area.
