At the meeting and dialogue with the Secretary of the Binh Giang District Party Committee (Hai Duong), workers in the district proposed reducing the retirement age for female workers and many issues related to workers' lives.
On the morning of November 3, comrade Le Quy Tiep, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of Binh Giang District Party Committee, met and had a dialogue with 150 workers from non-state enterprises in the district.
At the dialogue, some opinions suggested clarifying solutions for developing party members in non-state enterprises. Responding to this content, Secretary of Binh Giang District Party Committee Le Quy Tiep said that in recent times, the District Party Committee has promoted propaganda work, raising awareness of responsibility of cadres, party members, business owners and workers and employees of non-state enterprises about the role of party organizations in enterprises. Coordinate with enterprises to select outstanding workers and employees with outstanding achievements in emulation movements and production labor to foster awareness and admit them to the Party, etc.
Other opinions focused on a number of issues such as the proposal to reduce the retirement age for female workers in some occupations; the district needs to have specific solutions to ensure traffic safety, especially during rush hours on some routes such as National Highway 5, Provincial Road 392 through Phu (Thai Hoc Commune), Provincial Road 394 through Cay Bridge... Enterprises create playgrounds for workers to participate in physical exercise, sports, and improve their spiritual life...
