Gia Loc Industrial Park has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for detailed planning with a total area of over 197.9 hectares.
On February 16, the Provincial People's Committee decided to change the purpose of use of more than 98.8 hectares of land for rice cultivation, perennial crops, aquaculture, transportation, and irrigation in the two communes of Hong Hung and Toan Thang (Gia Loc) to industrial park land. This land area was leased to Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company for the first phase to implement the project of investing in construction and operating infrastructure of Gia Loc Industrial Park. The land lease term is from February 16 to March 22, 2071.
Gia Loc Industrial Park was approved by the Provincial People's Committee for detailed planning with a total area of over 197.9 hectares in Gia Loc town and Toan Thang, Hong Hung, and Hoang Dieu communes (all in Gia Loc district).
