Changing the purpose of use of more than 8.8 hectares of land to build a bypass of provincial road 391

The Provincial People's Committee has just decided to change the purpose of use of more than 8.8 hectares including: land for rice cultivation, aquaculture, annual crop cultivation, irrigation, river land in Van To commune and Tu Ky town (Tu Ky) to traffic land. Hand over this land area and about 8,302 m2 of traffic land within the project implementation boundary to the Hai Duong Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to invest in the construction of a bypass of Provincial Road 391.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to use land for the right purpose, within the right boundaries and area assigned. Strictly comply with the provisions of the law on land, environmental protection, minerals and other relevant laws during the process of construction, construction, acceptance and handover. Pay money for protection and development of rice-growing land according to regulations.

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board has a construction plan to ensure safety in accordance with regulations, not to cause traffic congestion, obstruction or road traffic insecurity for the existing area of ​​Provincial Road 391.

The project to build a bypass of Provincial Road 391 through Tu Ky town and Van To commune has a total investment of nearly 166 billion VND from the central and provincial budgets. The project has a total length of more than 2.1 km, a design speed of 60 km/h, and will be implemented in the period of 2021-2025.
