Russian plane delivers aid to help Vietnam overcome consequences of storm No. 3

To support the recovery from the devastating consequences of typhoon No. 3 (typhoon Yagi), a special aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered 35 tons of humanitarian aid to Vietnam.

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' special plane delivered 35 tons of humanitarian aid to Vietnam.

On September 20, a special aircraft of the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief (Emergencies Ministry) of the Russian Federation delivered humanitarian aid to Vietnam to support overcoming the devastating consequences of storm No. 3 (typhoon Yagi).

Goods include: 120kW mobile power station, 30-seat tent, 10-seat tent, sugar, canned meat, canned fish...

On the same afternoon, at Noi Bai Airport, with the presence of Deputy Director of the Department of Dyke Control and Natural Disaster Prevention - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam Nguyen Van Tien, Charge d'Affaires of the Russian Federation in Vietnam IS Nesterov, the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and staff of the Russian Embassy in Hanoi held a ceremony to hand over the goods to the Vietnamese side.

The Vietnamese representative expressed his deep gratitude for the timely assistance in the spirit of traditional friendship and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
