On the same afternoon, at Noi Bai Airport, with the presence of Deputy Director of the Department of Dyke Control and Natural Disaster Prevention - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam Nguyen Van Tien, Charge d'Affaires of the Russian Federation in Vietnam IS Nesterov, the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and staff of the Russian Embassy in Hanoi held a ceremony to hand over the goods to the Vietnamese side.
