Therefore, the maximum and minimum price ranges need to be expanded and lowered to the lowest level according to the law to attract investors and benefit workers. For apartments with 8-10 floors and no basement, the minimum price is 50,200 VND/m2 of floor/month, maximum 85,300 VND/m2 of floor/month. For apartments with 8-10 floors and 1 basement, the minimum price is 52,500 VND/m2 of floor/month, maximum 89,300 VND/m2 of floor/month...

The promulgation of the Regulation on social housing rental price frame, worker accommodation rental price frame in industrial parks and apartment building management and operation service price frame in Hai Duong province aims to detail the implementation of a number of articles of the Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15 in Hai Duong province.
