The Women's Union of Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) has just honored member Tran Thi Phan, born in 1963, in Lam Xa village, Phu Dien commune, as a typical example in the first quarter.
On the evening of March 8, after attending a meeting to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8 at the commune hall, Ms. Phan found a wallet. She immediately reported it to the Phu Dien Commune Police. The commune police checked the wallet and found 3.5 million VND in cash, 1 citizen identification card, 2 bank cards and 1 vehicle registration in the name of Ta Quang Minh, a citizen of Co Phap village, Cong Hoa commune (in the same district of Nam Sach). Afterwards, the Phu Dien Commune Police verified the information, contacted and returned the property to Mr. Minh.
The leader of the Women's Union of Phu Dien commune said that Ms. Phan is a farmer, has average economic conditions and actively participates in local activities.
