At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee is requested to allow the addition of 1 commercial housing project with a planned area of over 37 hectares to the housing development plan for the period 2023-2025 and to be implemented in 2024.
For the list of projects proposed by localities that are included in the housing development plan for the period 2023-2025, have not yet had their detailed plans approved or are not included in the housing development plan for the period 2023-2025, the Provincial People's Committee is requested to direct localities to review and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration in 2024 for eligible projects...
According to the Department of Construction, the principle of developing the housing development plan for 2024 is to select a list of projects that are suitable for the socio-economic situation and housing needs of localities, maximize the investment efficiency of the project, manage the real estate market well, reduce the risk of a real estate bubble and ensure feasibility when organizing implementation. Transfer to 2024 projects in the housing development plan list for 2023 that have not been implemented, ensuring implementation in 2024. Include in the housing development plan for 2024 projects in the housing development plan list for the period 2023-2025, approved by competent authorities for detailed planning and arranged in the land use plan for the period 2021-2025.
In case the proposed local project list is different from the above requirements, there must be a separate explanation and a report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration.
