Forced to fire a vice principal of a secondary school who quit his job without permission

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district (Ha Tinh province) said that he has just signed Decision No. 3617/QD-UBND to enforce disciplinary action by forcing Mr. Le Van Quynh (45 years old), Vice Principal of Ky Xuan Secondary School, to quit his job from June 8.

According to the report of the Disciplinary Council of Education Officials of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district, from March 8 until now, Mr. Le Van Quynh has not come to work at the agency, although Ky Xuan Secondary School has sent him three invitations to work.

After Mr. Le Van Quynh voluntarily quit his job, the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Education and Training of Ky Anh district organized a meeting with the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of Ky Xuan Secondary School to find out the cause of the incident.

It is known that Mr. Quynh's decision to quit his job was due to his personal needs and wishes, family circumstances, and not for any other reason.

As Vice Principal of Ky Xuan Secondary School, as a management officer, Mr. Le Van Quynh arbitrarily quit his job without the consent of competent authorities, violating the ethics of teachers, regulations and rules of the agency, negatively affecting parents, students and the education sector; violating the regulations, internal rules and working regulations of public service units, as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 16 and Clause 2, Article 19 of Decree No. 112/2020/ND-CP./.
