The new residential project Vuon Dao in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang, Hai Duong) has just been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the investment policy, adding 53 housing projects to the commercial residential land area.

The additional housing projects (raw construction) have an average height of 4 floors, with a construction density of 80-100%. The project has a total preliminary investment of 311.4 billion VND.
Project adjustment serves as a basis for continuing to organize the selection of investors to implement the project; in accordance with the actual implementation situation and current legal regulations in determining the total investment; preliminary requirements on capacity and experience in project implementation; forms of land allocation, land lease and project implementation progress.
Previously, in 2021, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the investment policy for the project to build the new residential area of Vuon Dao. The land area for the project has an area of 6.08 hectares, adjacent to National Highway 5, the existing residential area, and the town's main traffic route. The expected population is more than 700 people.
Of which, 1.43 hectares of residential land, including more than 5,137 m2 of commercial residential land, nearly 9,116 m2 of adjacent residential land, buildings with a maximum height of 5 floors. Commercial land has an area of nearly 1,221 m2, buildings with a maximum height of 9 floors.
