On the afternoon of August 25 and 26, Binh Giang district directed communes and towns to clean up, collect trash, and clean canals in the area, to prevent the situation of trash flooding canals from happening again.
Previously, the Ke Sat - Nhan Quyen canal section of Binh Giang district had many sections flooded with garbage, making the canal water black and smelly.
