Dam Ngu sluice canal flows through An Phu, Long Xuyen, Hiep An, An Luu wards (Kinh Mon, Hai Duong) where water fern and water spinach are growing strongly, causing blockage of the flow.
Binh Giang does not let the situation of garbage flooding canals happen again

On the afternoon of August 25 and 26, Binh Giang district directed communes and towns to clean up, collect trash, and clean canals in the area, to prevent the situation of trash flooding canals from happening again.
