Held to a draw by the Czech Republic, Georgia earns first point at EURO 2024

The defeat to Türkiye left Georgia with no way back. They needed at least 1 point against the Czech team to keep their hopes of advancing alive.

After the opening whistle, coach Sagnol's students proactively played slowly and defended deep to ensure the safety of their goal.

In contrast, the Czech team attacked strongly and put a lot of pressure on the Georgian side.
