Based on the assigned functions and tasks, agencies and units focus on peak emulation campaigns, celebrating major holidays of the country, the province, and the industry, especially the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023). Actively respond to the extensive political activities in the Party Committee and the political system of the whole province, continue to promote the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII), Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021, Regulation No. 37-QD/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee. During the year, the Emulation Bloc of the provincial Party agencies organized 1 cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activity.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Party Agencies will continue to do a good job of advising the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to effectively implement the working program, political tasks, and Party building work. Strengthen political and ideological education, promptly disseminate the Party's guidelines, directives, resolutions, and State policies and laws to cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees in agencies and units. Organize and launch emulation movements to all cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees; well implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation, regulations of the Government and the province on emulation and commendation work, etc.

At the conference, the Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Party Agencies unanimously honored the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee as the leader of the emulation bloc in 2023, and proposed that the Prime Minister award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee. The Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Party Agencies unanimously proposed that the Provincial People's Committee award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and award certificates of merit to the Provincial Party Committee's Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was elected as the Head of the Emulation Bloc of the Provincial Party Agencies in 2024.
