The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has decided to abolish the regulation on compulsory enforcement of land dispute resolution in the province because this has been stipulated in Decree 102/2024 of the Government.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 08/2025/QD-UBND on abolishing Decision No. 09/2015/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on compulsory enforcement of decisions on land dispute resolution in Hai Duong province.
The Decision takes effect from February 10, 2025.
Accordingly, Decision No. 09/2015/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on compulsory enforcement of decisions on land dispute resolution in Hai Duong province is completely abolished.
The Government has issued Decree 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law, including new provisions on the enforcement of decisions on land dispute resolution. Therefore, the provisions in Decision 09/2015/QD-UBND are no longer appropriate.
