Mr. Tuyen left the city to return to his hometown to start a successful business.

Mr. Tuyen is currently Deputy Director of Tan Viet Phat Trading Service Joint Stock Company in Tan Viet commune.

Before working at this company, Mr. Tuyen studied accounting in Hanoi and taught English at a center here. At that time, the income of English teachers in big cities was quite high, but Mr. Tuyen was determined to leave the city and return to his hometown. In 2019, he became an employee of Tan Viet Phat Trading Services Joint Stock Company with the desire to be close to home and take care of his parents.

As a dynamic young man, always responsible in his work, he is trusted and loved by the Board of Directors and everyone in the company. In 2022, Mr. Tuyen was appointed Deputy Director of the company.

Tan Viet Phat Trading Service Joint Stock Company operates in the fields of sports education and entertainment, educational support services, and preschool education. Mr. Tuyen shared: “Although the enterprise is small, it operates in many different industries. Therefore, the Board of Directors must constantly innovate, be creative, and be flexible to keep up with trends and adapt to the market. In addition to researching and expanding the distribution of some stationery products, we focus on developing preschool education and retail services.”

As a young leader, Mr. Tuyen has been very creative in building and developing businesses, helping businesses overcome difficult times and ensuring jobs for workers.

Mr. Tuyen plays an important role in connecting with customers. He always reminds stationery sales staff and private preschool teachers to have a thoughtful and receptive attitude. Teachers must love students, care for them like their own children, build a friendly educational environment, and gain prestige among the people.

Mr. Tuyen proposed and applied information technology, science and technology to communication, operating the business more effectively. Therefore, business activities are stable, creating jobs for 14 people with an average salary of 7 million VND/person/month. The company's annual revenue reaches 2 billion VND or more.

In addition to his role as a business leader, Mr. Tuyen is also the Chairman of the Trade Union and Secretary of the company's Youth Union.

Along with business activities, the Union and Tan Viet Phat Trading Services Joint Stock Company always participate in social activities. Every year, the company's swimming pool is the place where districts and communes organize swimming competitions for youth and children. This is also the place where some organizations organize free swimming lessons for disadvantaged students.

Every year at the beginning of the new school year, the company's Union organizes giving away bags and books to encourage students to overcome difficulties and study well in the locality.

With his dynamism and enthusiasm for work efficiency, Mr. Tuyen was commended by the District Labor Federation, Thanh Ha District Youth Union and Tan Viet Commune People's Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Secretary of Thanh Ha District Youth Union, said that Mr. Tuyen is not only an outstanding young entrepreneur of the district but also active in many local social activities. Many activities of the Youth Union always have Mr. Tuyen's enthusiastic support and contributions.

Last October, Mr. Tuyen was one of 10 young people honored by Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union as outstanding startups in 2024.
