Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has passed a resolution amending the land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 in the province.
On the afternoon of October 18, at the 26th Session, the People's Council of Hai Duong province passed a resolution amending the land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 in Hai Duong province.
This Resolution amends some contents of Appendix 1 of the urban land price list and Appendix 2 of the rural land price list issued together with Resolution No. 12/2024/NQ-HDND dated August 12, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council.
Regarding urban land prices, there are changes in Hai Duong City, Chi Linh, Kinh Mon, Kim Thanh and Cam Giang.
In particular, some roads such as Tran Hung Dao Street (from Thanh Nien Street to Nguyen Huu Cau Street), commercial service land at location 1 increased from more than 27.3 million VND/m2 to more than 28.2 million VND/m2. Land at location 2 on Ho Chi Minh Avenue decreased from 85 million VND/m2 to 60.8 million VND/m2...
The rural land price list has changed in Hai Duong City, Kim Thanh, Tu Ky, Cam Giang. Some contents in the land price list in residential areas and points have also been revised.
