This is the first competency assessment test in Hai Duong organized by Hanoi National University, attracting 1,200 candidates.
On the morning of April 20, 300 candidates from Hai Duong and some neighboring provinces began taking the Hanoi National University's competency assessment exam at Sao Do University (Chi Linh). Many parents and candidates arrived at the exam site at Sao Do University very early.According to Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, the weather was cool and favorable for candidates to take the exam. Many candidates proactively arrived at the exam site very early. Some candidates had arrived near the exam site the day before and rented a room or motel to proactively arrive at the exam room early this morning. In addition to the majority of candidates from Hai Duong, a few candidates were from neighboring provinces such as Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang... In the photo: The technical department checks the computers before candidates take the exam.Candidates take the test on the computer, lasting 195 - 199 minutes, including 3 parts with objective multiple choice questions (choosing answers) and fill-in-the-blank questions in the fields of mathematics (50 questions, 75 minutes), literature - language (50 questions, 60 minutes), natural sciences - social sciences (50 questions, 60 minutes). Part 1 and part 3 will have 1-3 additional test questions that are not scored. This exam took place over 2 days, April 20-21, attracting 1,200 candidates. Each day was divided into 2 sessions, morning and afternoon, with 300 candidates taking the exam each. The exam started at 7:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. In 2024, in addition to this exam, there will be 3 more exam sessions in Hai Duong on May 11-12, May 25-26, and June 1-2. Each candidate can only register for a maximum of 2 exams, with a fee of 500,000 VND/exam.
Candidates can check their exam results and receive their Certificate of Exam Results 14 days after taking the exam. The Certificate of Exam Results will be sent via registered mail to the address and phone number declared in the candidate's exam registration account.
Officials whose relatives are taking the exam (wife, husband, children, siblings, siblings on either the wife's or husband's side) are not allowed to participate in the organization of the exam. Exam invigilators are not allowed to teach high school math, literature, physics, chemistry, biology, history, and geography.
