In 2023, Hai Duong traffic police handled 30,504 cases of traffic order and safety violations, fined nearly 80.3 billion VND, revoked 7,469 driving licenses, and detained 9,406 vehicles. Compared to 2022, there were 15,046 more cases and more than 40.6 billion VND in fines.
