Trainees who go to Japan for technical internships will receive high salaries and many preferential policies when returning home.

Men from 18-30 years old can apply for internship in Japan

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just announced the recruitment of Hai Duong interns to Japan for technical internship in the manufacturing and construction industry under a cooperation program with the Japan International Human Resources Development Organization. This is the first recruitment of interns to work in Japan in 2024.

Candidates participating in this program must have graduated from high school, be between 18-30 years old, be in good health... and must pass 3 rounds including math test, physical test and interview. Candidates can submit their application directly at the Hai Duong Vocational Education and Employment Service Center or by post from January 1 to March 31, 2024.

Trainees who go to Japan for technical internships will receive a salary of 24-30 million VND/person/month for the manufacturing and production industry and 26-35 million VND if working in the construction industry (not including overtime pay). After completing the internship program (from 3-5 years), workers who return home on time will also be introduced to jobs by this organization and supported with 100-170 million VND to start a business...

The Overseas Labor Center is the only agency coordinating with the Japan International Manpower Development Organization to implement this program.
