Commendation of 88 excellent and creative workers

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union commended workers and laborers with outstanding achievements in the movement "Good workers, creative workers"

This is an activity on the occasion of Workers' Month, Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2023.

In recent times, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" has been taking place vigorously with many practical contents. The grassroots trade union has had many forms of encouraging union members, workers, and laborers to actively create, promote initiatives, practice thrift, reduce management costs, and reduce consumption norms of raw materials and fuel. From 2022 to now, there have been more than 16,540 improvement projects, bringing benefits of up to more than 50 billion VND.

To better implement the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", in the coming time, the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union will continue to promote propaganda for businesses and workers about the movement. Continue to propose emulation contents and goals that are close to the tasks of each unit. Focus on organizing competitions and technical sports to improve professional quality and skills, promote creativity among workers and laborers. Timely commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, creating motivation for the movement to develop sustainably and effectively.

Representatives of the Industrial Parks Trade Union and 3 enterprises signed a cooperation agreement to bring benefits to union members.

At the conference, the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union honored 88 workers with outstanding achievements in the movement "Good workers, creative workers"; awarded 69 gifts (each gift including 500,000 VND in cash and gifts) to workers in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, representatives of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union signed a cooperation agreement with 3 Joint Stock Companies: Nasaco; Lam Son Sugarcane; Aqua Vietnam Clean Water Treatment Investment. Representatives of the businesses signed a commitment to reduce prices for workers when using services, buying products, and ensuring quality.

During the Workers' Month, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union had 145 grassroots trade unions registered to implement the program "Each grassroots trade union - one union member benefit", the most in the province with specific activities such as giving gifts to workers and laborers; organizing cultural activities; rewarding workers with outstanding achievements in work.
