The Investigation Police Agency of Nam Sach District Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Le Thanh Sy, the subject who posted sensitive photos of his ex-girlfriend on social media.

Sy, also known as Do Tien Dat (born in 1999, residing in zone 13, Hien Quan commune, Tam Nong, Phu Tho), was prosecuted for having sexual intercourse with a person from 13 to under 16 years old and humiliating another person.
In early July 2022, through the investigation, Nam Sach District Police discovered that a Facebook account named "Tran Vu Hoang Viet" shared some sensitive photos and videos of T. (with a permanent address in Nam Sach District) on the social network Messenger and some Fanpages with insulting and untrue words to defame the honor and dignity of the victim. Not stopping there, this account also sent these videos and photos to T.'s friends.
Using professional measures, the district police have verified and clarified that the Facebook account owner is Le Thanh Sy. Through investigation, Sy confessed that he met T. through social networks, then became lovers. The two rented a motel room many times to have sex. Here, the subject used his phone to record sensitive images of his girlfriend. After the two broke up, Sy used his personal account to post images of his ex-lover and many fabricated information on social networks.
Currently, Nam Sach District Police are continuing to consolidate the case file and handle the subject according to the provisions of law.
