In Nam Sach district, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price for land auctions at 4 residential areas. In An Lam commune, there are 2 areas, of which at the new residential area of ​​Bach Da village, the Provincial People's Committee approved a starting price for the 5th auction for 3 land lots of 27 million VND/m2. At the new residential area north of District Road 5B, Hoang Giap and Cam Ly villages, the Provincial People's Committee approved 2 starting prices for the 3rd auction, phase 1, of which 4 land lots have a starting price of 22.5 million VND/m2, 21 land lots have a starting price of 13.5 million VND/m2.

At the new residential area of ​​An Dong village, An Binh commune (Nam Sach), the Provincial People's Committee approved 3 starting prices for the second auction of 68 land lots. Of which, 7 lots have a starting price of 12 million VND/m2, 32 lots have 9.5 million VND/m2 and 29 lots have 7.5 million VND/m2.

Also in Nam Sach district, the Provincial People's Committee approved a starting price of VND8 million/m2 to auction 47 land lots in Uong Thuong village, Minh Tan commune.

The above starting prices include investment costs for technical infrastructure construction according to approved projects and costs for protection and development of rice-growing land; do not include registration fees and fees for granting land use right certificates.
