The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong confirmed that Minh Hiep Company Limited is eligible to transfer land use rights in the form of selling land plots for 236 plots of land in the Dong Khe new residential area project, Nam Khe village, Hong Phong commune (Nam Sach).
According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the technical and social infrastructure items of this project have been basically completed according to the detailed construction plan and the approved project. The new Dong Khe residential area has been basically connected to the common infrastructure system of the area.
Dong Khe new residential area has a scale of about 8.8 hectares, and was approved by the People's Committee of Nam Sach district for a detailed planning scale of 1/500 in May 2020. The project has a total investment of more than 165 billion VND, implemented by Minh Hiep Company Limited.
On November 22, 2023, the Department of Construction announced its approval of the results of the acceptance of the project's technical infrastructure works. On November 30, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to grant a land use right certificate to Minh Hiep Company Limited.
