On the afternoon of October 28, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to consider the proposal to deploy the "eCovax" application in epidemic prevention in the province by FPT Group.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung delivered a concluding speech at the meeting to consider the proposal to deploy the eCovax solution in epidemic prevention in the province by FPT Group.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the information technology applications in epidemic prevention that FPT Corporation has introduced. If this application is widely deployed in the province, it will create favorable conditions for disease management of agencies, organizations and storage and search of people's information.
To effectively deploy the application, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with FPT Group to agree on specific contents and implementation time of the application.
The Department needs to review the applications currently used in the province on the basis of making the most of existing applications, avoiding waste. New applications must ensure synchronization, connection with existing applications, and at the same time be able to integrate with central applications.
The Department of Health reviews the workload that needs to be digitized. Other units, depending on their field, propose related content to update, build a data system as well as deploy the effective use of this application.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the need to pay attention to the confidentiality of users' information when using the application. Departments, branches and localities should step up propaganda so that people can understand and proactively use it.
