Respond to citizens about land dispute in Lien Hoa commune before November 30

At the regular citizen reception in November 2023, a citizen of Lien Hoa commune requested the leaders of the district and Lien Hoa commune to promptly inspect, verify, direct the handling of land disputes and issue land use right certificates to the citizen's family.

Responding to this petition, Mr. Pham Quang Hung, Chairman of Kim Thanh District People's Committee, informed that the case had been received at the previous citizen reception meeting and the Chairman of Kim Thanh District People's Committee had assigned Lien Hoa Commune to work with citizens to clarify the contents of citizens' reflections. However, the case has not been thoroughly resolved. The Chairman of Kim Thanh District People's Committee requested the local authorities to inspect and consider resolving the citizen's petition; coordinate with the district's functional agencies to inspect and verify specific information and land origin. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment guides and urges Lien Hoa Commune to resolve the case; promptly issue a written response to citizens, with a response deadline before November 30.

At the regular citizen reception meeting of Kim Thanh district leaders, 15 citizens and citizen groups reflected on issues related to the issuance of land use right certificates, land encroachment, asset valuation, etc.

The leaders of Kim Thanh district requested relevant departments and offices to report and explain the citizens' feedback at the citizen reception and assign a specific deadline to resolve each case.
