Speaking at the citizen reception, Mr. Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, said that citizen reception activities are based on the spirit of exchanging and listening to the people's thoughts and aspirations. Through citizen reception, the relevant agencies propose solutions to resolve problems and ensure the interests of the people on the basis of compliance with the provisions of the law.

From the citizens’ recommendations on specific cases, comrade Le Van Hieu emphasized that the province’s viewpoint is to want to resolve long-standing complaints and lawsuits. Therefore, he hopes that people will understand, share, and cooperate. Departments, branches, and localities must be very responsible in considering and applying legal regulations to resolve long-standing complaints and lawsuits.
