The People's Committee of Hai Duong City (Hai Duong) has just decided to accept 7 people to work as civil servants in wards and communes under the City People's Committee.
Specifically, 6 union and union officials of wards and communes (President of Women's Union, Secretary of Youth Union) and 1 school accountant were accepted to work as civil servants in Tran Phu, Nhi Chau, Tan Binh, Le Thanh Nghi, Binh Han wards and Tien Tien commune.
Before being accepted, these civil servants go through two recruitment rounds including checking standards, conditions, degrees, and certificates according to the requirements of the civil servant position to be recruited; interviews to test general knowledge and professional and technical capacity.
The recruitment of union, association and civil servant officials to work as civil servants aims to supplement the current shortage of civil servants in localities. The recruitment is carried out in accordance with Decree 138/2020/ND-CP on regulations on the use, recruitment and management of civil servants; the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees, amended in 2019.
According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, the city is currently lacking 70 civil servants in wards and communes.
