The consortium of Newland Investment Joint Stock Company and NHS Construction Investment Joint Stock Company proposed to build 5 social housing projects with more than 1,400 apartments in the Tan Phu Hung expanded residential and urban area (Hai Duong City).
At the November meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee (first time) on the afternoon of November 6, the Department of Planning and Investment reported on the appraisal of the proposal to approve the investment policy, and at the same time approved the investor to implement the Investment Project to build a social housing area in the Tan Phu Hung expanded residential and urban area (Hai Duong City) of the Joint Venture of Newland Investment Joint Stock Company and NHS Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
The above project will build 5 social housing buildings with a scale of 15 floors and 1 technical attic floor, construction area of about 10,947.4 m2, construction floor area of about 121,875 m2. The garage has a scale of 2 floors, construction area of about 2,812.4 m2, construction floor area of about 5,888.2 m2 and auxiliary items.
These 5 social housing projects are for sale, with a total of 1,479 apartments for living. Population size 2,953 people.
The project is located in the residential area, Tan Phu Hung urban area expansion, Hai Tan ward and Tan Hung ward (Hai Duong city). The land area used is 31,828.52 m2. The total preliminary investment capital is nearly 1,500 billion VND.
The project is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 (2024 - 2026), construction, completion and operation of 3 social housing projects CT01, CT02, CT03, parking lot and technical infrastructure, green landscape on a land area of 19,537.45m2.
Phase 2 (2027 - 2028), construct, complete and put into operation 2 social housing projects CT04, CT05, parking lot and technical infrastructure, landscape trees on a land area of 12,291.07m2.
Project duration until March 30, 2040.
Concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau basically agreed with the appraisal report of the proposal of the Department of Planning and Investment, and at the same time approved the investor to implement this project. The Department of Planning and Investment received the opinions of the leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches, continued to review, appraise and report to the Provincial People's Committee no later than November 26. The Department of Finance reviewed the investor's financial obligations to the project.
The November meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee (first time) also considered the proposal of the Department of Health on the proposal to develop a Resolution on policies to support training, attract and treat medical human resources at public agencies and units in Hai Duong province, period 2025 - 2030; the proposals of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution regulating areas where livestock breeding is not allowed in the inner city of cities, towns, townships, residential areas and support policies when relocating livestock farms out of areas where livestock breeding is not allowed in Hai Duong province; Proposing to issue a Resolution amending Point c, Clause 2, Article 6 of the regulations issued together with Resolution No. 14/2023/NQ-HDND dated November 6, 2023 of the People's Council of Hai Duong province stipulating policies to support the development of concentrated commodity agricultural production applying high technology and organic agriculture until 2025 in the province; reports of the Department of Planning and Investment proposing to approve investors to implement the Investment Project to build a new residential area in Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district; on adjusting the investment policy of the Investment Project to build a commercial residential area in Phi Xa, Cam Hoang commune, Cam Giang district of HDC Hanoi Joint Stock Company...
