Toyota dealers are accepting deposits for the new generation Camry (2025 version) but the official launch date is unknown because the car is expected to be introduced to the Thai market in October.
In the face of the increasingly gloomy D-segment sedan market due to consumer preferences for high-chassis vehicles, Toyota Camry has maintained its stability with leading sales in the segment. Therefore, the new generation of the car is expected to attract more customers as the market is growing.
Toyota dealers are taking deposits for the new generation Camry (2025 version) but the official launch date is not yet clear because the car is expected to be introduced to the Thai market in October. After that, the new Toyota Camry will continue to be introduced to other markets in the Southeast Asian region.
Besides design changes, the new generation Toyota Camry in Vietnam is expected to have many special adjustments in the official version. It is expected that the car will have 3 versions instead of 4 as at present, including 1 pure gasoline version and 2 Hybrid versions but the official name is not yet known.
Therefore, the selling price of the new Toyota Camry is expected to increase in high-end versions, which significantly affects the car's ability to attract customers in the context of SUVs with similar selling prices increasingly appearing in the Vietnamese market, especially Chinese cars.
The new generation Toyota Camry has not yet been launched in Thailand but has been introduced in the US market with an adjusted appearance at the front of the car, and some changes at the rear. However, the car is said to have the most upgrades in the interior compartment.

In particular, the safety system on the Toyota Camry 2025 will still have the Toyota Safety Sense package with many features as before, along with many basic systems to meet customer needs.
After the first 7 months of 2024, Toyota Vietnam sold 789 Camry cars, but this number is much lower than previous years, although it is still leading the D-segment sedan segment. The current problem is that the appearance of many SUV models with similar prices is attracting users while Chinese car models are increasingly appearing in Vietnam.
