On January 5, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the 4th Executive Committee Conference, term XII in Hanoi. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Duong province is one of 45 collectives awarded the emulation flag by the Central Committee Secretariat for their excellent performance in the Youth Union and youth movement in 2023.
