Looking for people involved and witnesses to the traffic accident on Highway 390

At about 5:00 a.m. on August 27, at km 18+700 of Provincial Road 390, from Thanh Ha Town to National Highway 5, in Quyet Thang Commune (Hai Duong City), a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike (license plate and driver unknown) suspected of colliding with Ms. Do Thi Nho, born in 1955, in Dong Linh Village, Quyet Thang Commune, who was riding a bicycle from Dong Linh Village Road to Provincial Road 390.

As a result, Ms. Nho was injured and taken to Military Hospital 7 for emergency treatment. The motorbike and driver involved in the accident left the scene.
